Late Cancellation
If a booking is canceled close to the check-in date or on the same day, the booking amount may be partially or fully non-refundable.
No Show Policy
If the guest does not arrive on the check-in date without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a “No Show” and no refund will be provided.
Cancellation by Management
In rare cases where the booking is canceled by the management due to unavoidable reasons, a full refund will be provided to the guest.

Date changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and may involve additional charges depending on the new date or room type.
